This is the first time that I have ordered from you company but it certainly won't be my last. I wasn't sure what to get and didn't end up placing my order until about 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding. Chuck called me after I placed my order and told me that the crock wouldn't be delivered in time for the wedding. Although I knew that would be the case since it tells you that it takes about 4 weeks, it was still nice that he took the time to call me to make sure that I knew that. Great customer service!
