The Chat Shoppe Shipping Policy

The Chat Shoppe provides timely shipping on all orders. All items are handmade to order and ship via Federal Express or UPS ground (delivery schedule is listed below). You will find our shipping rates to be among the lowest on the Internet. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. Summary of our shipping policy is as follows:

Orders $50 & More = FREE!!
Orders $49.99 & Under = Only $5.00!
(order totals exclude applicable sales tax for Pennsylvania shipments)

Shipping charges are automatically in your shopping cart at the above rates. Allow for some delay in delivery schedules noted above when holidays fall on weekdays. The Chat Shoppe reserves the right to choose utilized shipping carriers. We can not guarantee delivery estimates provided by independent shipping carriers or the US Postal Service. Shipments are made direct from manufacturer and portions of your order may ship and arrive separately. Decisions on shipping carriers based on timeliness and cost-effectiveness. This allows us to better serve you!

Delivery Schedule

Regular Season Delivery Schedule
Pottery: 3 - 4 weeks
Slate With SKU # KC: 1 - 2 weeks
Slate With SKU # SM: 3 - 4 weeks

Delivery - Combined Orders Ship Separately

If you order a combination of pottery and slate, they will ship separately. This does not affect your shipping charges. Please refer to above delivery schedule for all products.

Processing

Your credit card will be charged normally within 24 hours of the date of order receipt as all items are handcrafted to order. All orders will ship according to the estimated delivery/shipping time schedule prominently posted on each individual product ordering page. Products with different estimated shipping/delivery time frames may ship separately, and if they do ship separately, this does not affect our shipping policy of $5 for orders $49.99 & under and FREE for orders $50 or more. If you choose not to use the secure online ordering system and would rather order via mail (see guidelines on "How To Order" for mail ordering procedures), your order will not be processed until your check or money order payment clears (approx. 5-7 days).
