Personalized Pottery By Bujno Pottery - Artistic Pride

No less than 4 different artists, all dedicated and proud of their craft, work on each piece of personalized pottery in an 11-step process. Each piece starts out as a lump of clay. After the piece is made, and the clay is still moist, personalization is embossed "into the clay." This process is very labor intensive, but is the only one that lets you feel the deep impression and know it is heirloom quality. Each piece is also signed and dated by the primary artist.

Your piece then needs to dry for about a week. The design work is done and and the decoration color is brushed into the design and personalization. We also embellish the design with brush work or sponging that adds an extra handmade feel to the piece. Your piece is then glazed and loaded into our kilns and fired to 2350º Fahrenheit. After about 48 hours, the piece is removed and then it ships!
