How Do I Place A
Personalized Product Order?
Only items under "Personalized Pottery" or "Personalized
Slate" can be
personalized. Stay within the maximum number of characters allowed for your item.
Enter your characters in the provided text boxes located next to
"add-to-cart." We take
great pride in our personalized products and if we have any questions on your order, we will contact you.
Mail Orders
If you wish to use mail order, you can use our print-out mail
order form. Click Here For
Printable Mail Order Form. Print out this form, enter all
information, and mail as directed. Mail orders can be paid with credit card,
personal check, or money order. Payment must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Order
will not be processed until check clears, so allow approximately an extra
week for delivery in addition to the posted delivery time stated for
product.

Delivery
- Combined Orders Ship Separately
If you order a
combination of pottery and slate, they will ship separately. This does not
affect your shipping charges. Please refer
to above delivery schedule for all products.
Processing
Your credit
card will be charged normally within 24 hours of the date of order receipt as
all items are handcrafted to order. All orders will ship according to the
estimated delivery/shipping time schedule prominently posted on each individual
product ordering page. Products with different estimated shipping/delivery
time frames may ship separately, and if they do ship separately, this does not
affect our shipping policy of $5 for orders $49.99 & under and FREE for
orders $50 or more. If you choose not to use the secure
online ordering system and would rather order via mail, your order will not be
processed until your check or money order payment clears (approx. 5-7 days).
