FREE shipping on orders $50 or More. Only $5 for orders $49.99 & Under. Please note we only ship within the continental U.S. 1. Choose a design for your pottery if applicable. A link to view design options is located in product description. When clicked, it brings up a pop-up box with menu for you to see our over 60+ designs. 2. Choose a decoration/glaze combination if applicable. We offer 6 decoration/glaze combinations for most pieces. You can view our 6 choices by clicking the view options link in product description. 3.
Personalized Characters:
decide what characters you want and stay within
the maximum number specified. Characters include spaces, apostrophe's, commas, etc.
Enter your personalized characters in the appropriate text boxes listed
in "add-to-cart." Add To Cart Button: located next to product, it places item in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or go to checkout from shopping cart view. View Cart Button: located at the top right of every page, allows you to view your shopping cart where you can make changes or continue with checkout. Order Checkout: a "Check Out Now" button is located at the bottom of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "Check Out Now" in your shopping cart view. Select
Order Form: During checkout, you will be asked to choose an
appropriate order form: Order Form: fill out all information on order form. When done, click "Submit Secure Order" button located at bottom of the form. Order Confirmation: When you submit your order, you will arrive to an order confirmation page that states your order has been processed successfully. This page also lists your Order Number (we recommend that you print this page for your records). *You will also receive an automatic email confirmation of your order within 24 hours.
