HOW TO ORDER THE CUSTOM HOUSE CROCK |

Craftsmanship Online Ordering Instructions: House Photo: the photo is most important! Although it will be hand-etched, it will appear on the crock as it appears in the photo (same angle, etc.). And landscaping (trees, bushes, etc.) is good! It adds character to the crock. Get "ONE" digital photo of your home that you don't need (it can't be returned) and its size should be at least 800 pixels wide or high (basically - the bigger the better), and in file format of jpg or jpeg. After you place your online order, attach graphic file to an email that states your name & telephone number and send to us at the following: custhelp@chatshoppe.com Note: Send us ONE photo or graphic. Make sure your ONE photo captures entire house - we can't add missing parts of the house to your photo. If you submit a photo with an incomplete house (parts missing), we will notify you that we are unable to process the order. Do not send us 2 partial photos and tell us to combine them. 1. Choose decoration/glaze combination. We offer 6 decoration/glaze combinations. You can view our 6 choices by clicking the "View Decoration/Glaze Options" link in product description. 2.
Personalized Characters: decide what characters you want and stay within
the maximum number specified for the item you want to order. Characters
include spaces, apostrophe's, commas, etc. Enter your personalized
characters in the appropriate text boxes listed in
"add-to-cart." Tip: It is popular to choose characters just for a top line or just a bottom line. This results in more room for a bigger house etching on your custom house crock. Add To Cart Button: located next to product, it places item in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or go to checkout from shopping cart view. View Cart Button: located at the top right of every page, allows you to view your shopping cart where you can make changes or continue with checkout. Order Checkout: a "Check Out Now" button is located at the bottom of your shopping cart. when you are ready to checkout, click "Check Out Now" in your shopping cart view. Select
Order Form: During checkout, you will be asked to choose an
appropriate order form: Order Form: fill out all information on order form. When done, click "Submit Secure Order" button located at bottom of the form. Order Confirmation: When you submit your order, you will arrive to an order confirmation page that states your order has been processed successfully. This page also lists your Order Number (we recommend that you print this page for your records). *You will also receive an automatic email confirmation of your order within 24 hours. Mail Order Instructions: Simply mail an order to us. Specify what size house crock you want (one gallon or 3 gallon) and enclose a photo of the house that you can do without (we can't return it). Specify what decoration & glaze combination you want. Shipping is free on both house crocks!
