Walsh Heads To King's College
Senior Team Captain Josh
Walsh has committed to continue his academic and wrestling career at
King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Walsh, who will be
entering a pre-law curriculum, will also be competing as a Monarch
under the guidance of Head Coach Ned McGinley.
The Monarchs of King's
College compete in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) in Division
3 of NCAA Wrestling.
Josh completed his Berwick
High School wrestling career by amassing a multitude of honors
including: Regional Place Winner, 4th, 2006 PIAA AAA NE Regional
Championship Tournament; Two-Time District Champion, 2005 & 2006
PIAA AAA District 2 Championship Tournament; First Team 2006 Times
Leader All-Star Team; First Team 2006 Reading-Eagle All-Star Team;
First Team 2006 Press-Enterprise All-Star Team; 5th Place 2006 PIAA
AAA NE Regional Championship Tournament; First Team 2005 Citizen's
Voice All-Star Team; Honorable Mention 2005 District 2 All-Academic
Team; and 5th Place 2004 PIAA AAA District 2 Championship Tournament.
The Dawg Faithful

and wrestling pursuits at King's College.
