Bujno Goes 4 - 1 At Line Mountain Duals On July 28
Posted July 31, 2007
Dawg sophomore Chris Bujno recently competed at the
Line Mountain Duals held at Line Mountain High School on the sheer
sweltering day of July 28.
A slew of top teams participated and included at
least the following high schools and clubs: Reynolds,
Brandywine, Jersey Shore, Norristown, Ridley, Bucknell, Newport,
Tamaqua, and Line Mountain.
Bujno competed at 108lbs - 117lbs for the Line
Mountain club going 4-1 on the day.
Chris opened up with a 8-1 decision over
Norristown's Brett Harner. In his second match, Chris notched
a 6-0 decision over Anthony Cashera (South Williamsport).
Bujno then dropped a tight 0-4 decision to Reynold's Adam Matthews.
Chris quickly got back to the win column in his next match by
recording a 1-0 decision in a slugfest with Shelton Mack
(Meadville/Cochranton). Bujno wrapped up the dual tournament
with a 9-0 major decision of Bucknell's Cody Zechman.
