"Athlete of the Week"

On Monday, March 24, 2008, Dawg senior Nick Venditti was
named the Citizens Voice Athlete of the Week.
Venditti was honored for his outstanding performance at the
2008 PIAA AA State Championship Tournament where he won State Runner-Up
honors. It was Nick's second consecutive state medal in addition to
his 8th Place finish at the 2007 PIAA AA State Championship Tournament. Nick
also finished his career as the most winning wrestler in the history of
Berwick Wrestling as he notched 137 Career Wins into the Dawg record books.
