The Berwick MatBacker Association
The Berwick MatBacker's
Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the youth
of the Berwick Wrestling Program. Fundraisers through solicitations, food
preparation, summer golf tournament, sponsoring camps, fall wrestling
tournament, etc. are among activities routinely
conducted.
The Berwick MatBacker's
Association believes in our youth, the building of character, the commitment
to goals for one's self and team, and to the dedication of education.
We exist for one purpose - to support our Berwick Wrestlers!

2007 - 2008 Season Meetings
MB Meeting - 6/12/07
The Mat Backers held a meeting on June 12. Election of
new officers was conducted and the following individuals will be guiding the
MB for the 2007-2008 season:
President: Lori Dennis
Vice President: Jon Morell
Treasurer: Rich Knecht
The Berwick Wrestling Program extends its sincere
appreciation to past-president Karen Venditti and past-vice president Lou
Ney for all of the hard work and dedication they have made to the benefit of
our wrestling program.
The MB will be donating $100 for all Berwick Wrestlers who
have registered and will be attending summer camp at Ohio State in July.
The MB will also be donating $100 for any Berwick Wrestler
that qualifies and competes in an national tournament during the off-season.
The MB will be organizing a new fundraiser "A Night At
The Races" pending district approval. This may also be a joint
event with the high school baseball team.
